Cabo San Lucas Hotels no longer in business

  • The Mar de Cortez Hotel went out of business after the pandemic of 2020. It looks like it was bought by Revel Coast which has also taken control of the Tesoro Los Cabos and the Corazon Cabo Resort & Spa. As of 2025 the Mar de Cortez Hotel is still closed and you can book at either of the other two.

  • I only had the Mar de Cortez Hotel on this page for years and it was the only Hotel I stayed at in Cabo San Lucas until The Solmar Beach Club Resort became the Solmar Resort operating as a hotel which I booked at again in January of 2025.
